One time membership fee protects landlords for 2 years.

Your membership fee covers all debt collection costs for your entire building / rental properties.

We NEVER keep a percentage of money collected. Tenant is instructed to send all payments directly to landlord.

Once your tenant is late with rent, you notify us and the collection process will begin.

Your plan will be valid in all 50 states, therefore your tenant can’t run.

Your delinquent tenant will automatically be reported to the 3 credit bureaus, making it difficult for them to re-rent again.

Utilizing a collection agency can expedite the eviction / payment process, because the tenant now realizes that a late or non-payment will drastically affect their credit score.

If tenants are evicted in landlord tenant court and a Court Judgment was awarded to you, we will enforce that judgment by garnishing your tenants wages, levying bank accounts and seizing assets, at a reduced contingency rate.

  1-3  Apartments / Rentals - $99.00 valid for 2 years

  4-7  Apartments / Rentals - $175.00 valid for 2 years

  8-12  Apartments / Rentals - $250.00 valid for 2 years
